Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to use the Services. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the security of your API keys.

Keep contact and billing information accurate. We may suspend accounts with repeated unpaid invoices or suspected unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Impersonate a person without clear, lawful disclosure to the called party.
• Place calls that violate TCPA, TSR, GDPR, or local telecom regulations.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer the Services or bypass technical access controls.
• Resell raw model output as a competing voice model platform.

You retain ownership of all audio, transcripts, prompts, and metadata you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Vocal a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services for you, subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

We do not use Customer Data to train shared foundation models without your written opt-in.

Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the production API. Eligible customers may receive service credits as described in the Service Level Agreement. Support channels and response times depend on your plan.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and never less than reasonable care. Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party.

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocal disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for material decisions.

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid or payable in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, or willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we will delete Customer Data within 60 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-product notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
